END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
Last updated November 05, 2024 CrazyBull is licensed to You(End-User) by KanaGames(individual developer), located at Belarus, Grodno, Kovyazina 7, 230028, for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. By downloading the Licensed Application from Google's software distribution platform ("Google Play Store"), and any updates to it (as permitted by this License Agreement), you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this License Agreement and accept its terms. In this License Agreement, the Google Play Store is referred to as the "Store." The parties to this License Agreement acknowledge that the Store is not a party to this agreement and is not bound by any provisions or obligations related to the Licensed Application, including warranty, liability, maintenance, and support. The Licensor, not the Store, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content. This License Agreement may not contain usage rules for the Licensed Application that conflict with the most recent Google Play Terms of Service ("Usage Rules"). The Licensor acknowledges having had the opportunity to review the Usage Rules and affirms that this License Agreement does not conflict with them. CrazyBull when free downloaded through the Store, is licensed to You for use only under the terms of this License Agreement. The KanaGames reserves all rights not expressly granted to You. CrazyBull is to be used on devices that operate with Google's operating system ("Android").

The application 1.1 CrazyBull ("Licensed application" or “Game”) is a piece of software created for entertainment purposes only on Android mobile devices ("Devices"). The Game is not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), or others. If your activities are subject to such laws, you are not permitted to use this Game. You may not use the Licensed Application in any manner that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). Additionally, you may not use the Game for any purpose, including entertainment, if it violates the laws of the country in which you reside. 2. Scope of license 2.1 You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the Game on any devices that you (the End-User) own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules. However, the Game may also be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you (the End-User) through Family Sharing or volume purchasing. 2.2 This license will also apply to any updates of the Game provided by KanaGames that replace, repair, or supplement the original Game, unless a separate license is provided for the update, in which case the terms of that new license will apply. 2.3 You may not share or make the Game accessible to third parties (except as permitted by the Usage Rules and with prior written consent from KentaGames), nor may you sell, rent, lend, lease, or otherwise redistribute the Game. 2.4 You may not reverse engineer, translate, disassemble, integrate, decompile, remove, modify, combine, create derivative works or updates of, adapt, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game, or any part thereof (except with prior written consent from KanaGames). 2.5 You may not copy (except where expressly authorized by this license and the Usage Rules) or modify the Licensed Application or any part of it. You may create and store copies only on devices that you own or control, for backup purposes, in accordance with this license, the Usage Rules, and any other applicable terms and conditions related to the device or software used. You may not remove any intellectual property notices. You acknowledge that unauthorized third parties must not have access to these copies at any time. If you sell your devices to a third party, you must remove the Game from the devices prior to the sale. 2.6 Violations of the above obligations, as well as any attempt to infringe upon them, may result in legal action and damages in accordance with applicable laws. 2.7 KanaGames reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of licensing. 2.8 Nothing in this license should be construed as limiting third-party terms. When using the Game, you must ensure that you comply with any applicable third-party terms and conditions. 3. Technical requirements 3.1 The Game requires minimum Android 8, SDK version 26 or higher. Licensor recommends using the latest version of the firmware. 3.2 You acknowledge that it is Your responsibility to confirm and determine that the app end-user device on which You intend to use the Game satisfies the technical specifications mentioned above. 3.3 Licensor reserves the right to modify the technical specifications as it sees appropriate at any time. 4. No maintenance and support 4.1 KanaGames is not obligated, expressed or implied, to provide any maintenance, technical or other support for the Game. 4.2 KanaGames and the End-User acknowledge that the Store have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Game. 5. User-generated contributions 5.1 The Game does not offer users to submit or post content. 6. Contribution license 6.1 You agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings). By submitting suggestions or feedback regarding the Game, you agree that we may use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. We do not claim ownership of your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all your Contributions, including any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with them. We are not responsible for any statements or representations made in your Contributions within the Game. You are solely responsible for your Contributions and agree to release us from any and all liability, and you agree not to pursue any legal action against us in relation to your Contributions. 7. Liability 7.1 The Licensor's liability for violations of obligations and tort will be limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. In the event of a breach of essential contractual duties (cardinal obligations), the Licensor will also be liable for slight negligence. In all cases, liability will be limited to damages that are foreseeable and typical under the contract. This limitation does not apply to damages resulting in injury to life, limb, or health. 7.2 The Licensor assumes no liability for any damages resulting from a breach of duties outlined in Section 2 of this License Agreement. To prevent data loss, you are advised to use the backup features of the Game, as permitted by the applicable third-party terms and conditions. You acknowledge that if the Game is altered or manipulated, you will lose access to it. 8. Warranty 8.1 Licensor warrants that the Game is free of spyware, trojan horses, viruses, or any other malware at the time of Your download. Licensor warrants that the Game works as is. 8.2 No warranty is provided for the Game if it is not executable on the device, has been modified without authorization, mishandled or used improperly, combined or installed with incompatible hardware or software, used with inappropriate accessories, whether by you or third parties, or if any other external factors outside of KanaGames' control impact the ability to run the Licensed Application. 8.3 You must inspect the Game immediately after installation and promptly notify KanaGames of any issues by email, using the contact information provided. The defect report will be reviewed and further investigated if it is sent within ninety (90) days of discovering the issue. 8.4 If we confirm that the Game is defective, KanaGames reserves a choice to remedy the situation either by means of solving the defect or substitute delivery. 8.5 If the Game fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify the Google Play Store Operator. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Store Operator will have no further warranty obligations regarding the Game, and will not be responsible for any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, or costs resulting from negligence in adhering to any warranty. 9. Product claims 9.1 KanaGames and the End-User acknowledge that KanaGames, and not the Store, is responsible for addressing any claims of the End-User or any third party relating to the Game or the End-User’s possession and/or use of that Game, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the Game fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; (iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation. 10. Legal compliance 10.1 You affirm and guarantee that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo, nor in a country that has been designated by the US Government as supporting terrorism. Additionally, you confirm that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. 11. Termination 12.1 The license is valid until terminated by KanaGames or by You. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically and without notice from KanaGames if You fail to adhere to any term(s) of this license. Upon License termination, You shall stop all use of the Game, and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Game. 13. Third-party terms of agreement and beneficiary 13.1 KanaGames affirms and guarantees that it will adhere to all relevant third-party terms of agreement when using the Game. In accordance with Section 9 of the "Instructions for Minimum Terms of Developer's End-User License Agreement," Google's subsidiaries will be third-party beneficiaries of this End-User License Agreement. Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, Google will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted such right) to enforce this End-User License Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary. 14. Intellectual property rights 14.1 KanaGames and the End-User acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Game or the End-User's possession and use of that Game infringes on the third party's intellectual property rights, KanaGames, and not the Store, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge or any such intellectual property infringement claims. 15. Applicable law 15.1 This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Belarus excluding its conflicts of law rules. 16. Miscellaneous 16.1 If any of the terms of this agreement should be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Invalid terms will be replaced by valid ones formulated in a way that will achieve the primary purpose. 16.2 Collateral agreements, changes and amendments are only valid if laid down in writing. The preceding clause can only be waived in writing.

1. The application

1.1 CrazyBull ("Licensed application" or “Game”) is a piece of software created for entertainment purposes only on Android mobile devices ("Devices"). 3. Technical requirements

5. User-generated contributions

(i) product liability claims;

(ii) any claim that the Game fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement;

(iii) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

10. Legal compliance

10.1 You affirm and guarantee that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo, nor in a country that has been designated by the US Government as supporting terrorism. Additionally, you confirm that you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. Third-party terms of agreement and beneficiary

13.1 KanaGames affirms and guarantees that it will adhere to all relevant third-party terms of agreement when using the Game. In accordance with Section 9 of the "Instructions for Minimum Terms of Developer's End-User License Agreement," Google's subsidiaries will be third-party beneficiaries of this End-User License Agreement. Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, Google will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted such right) to enforce this End-User License Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

14. Intellectual property rights

14.1 KanaGames and the End-User acknowledge that, in the event of any third-party claim that the Game or the End-User's possession and use of that Game infringes on the third party's intellectual property rights, KanaGames, and not the Store, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge or any such intellectual property infringement claims.

15. Applicable law

15.1 This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Belarus excluding its conflicts of law rules.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 If any of the terms of this agreement should be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Invalid terms will be replaced by valid ones formulated in a way that will achieve the primary purpose.
